SOBRE

PROJETO

It is with great satisfaction that we present the project “Parade of the Samba Junior Schools of Rio de Janeiro”. With the objective of preserving the genuine roots of samba, the socio-cultural program will be a storehouse of talents that will train children and adolescents from underprivileged communities in Rio de Janeiro into future professionals of the largest cultural show in the world.

With the great growth potential of the event and the visibility that samba schools add to brands, through the basic concept of Social Responsibility, we invite you to be our collaborator, partner and investor in the production of the 2022 fashion show.

The project also brings innovation with the socio-environmental program “Um Novo Olhar”. It will offer workshops on the creation of costumes with the professional technique of reusing materials and lectures to raise awareness and mobilize to raise awareness of waste.

OBJECTIVE

MAIN

Provide quality of life for children and young people in the project through art, music, dance, culture and education in general. For this, it is important to establish a communication, production and fundraising strategy, so that the parade of child schools strengthens and expands its activities that have already been successfully carried out over the years.

Seeking new partnerships for the Rio de Janeiro Samba Schools Association - AESM RIO is fundamental for the solidification of the project's financial structure. From September 2021 until the big day of the parade in 2022, communities will be offered full structure for the production of costumes and free carnival construction workshops.

TARGET AUDIENCE

The s junior schools have shown great names of Brazilian popular music and can bring even more talent to scratch the Marques de Sapucai. There are SIXTEEN junior schools and more than FORTY thousand children and teenagers (between 5 and 17 years old) from Rio communities inserted in the parades and in the carnival workshops. To participate in junior samba schools it is necessary to be enrolled in formal education.
